COVID-19 and your mental and emotional wellbeing
COVID-19 has had a huge impact on all of us, but more importantly our mental and emotional wellbeing has been challenged at this time. We are very aware of the impact social isolation has had on our community and at times it takes a few weeks before some people start feeling some effects of the large amount of changes that have happened over the past couple of months.
We encourage you to talk to someone if you are feeling anxious or stressed please do not hesitate to seek help. Your GP is not too busy to see you, we are operating differently but we are available. There is a great service also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we encourage you to use this service to help you through this time.
