For non-urgent messages only, you can email us at doctors@pmc.co.nz. These messages are only checked once a day or at times every second day – if your request is urgent please phone us instead on 352 9053. This e-mail is managed by the Practice Manager and the content of them will be read in order for them to be passed on to the correct team member. Therefore please ensure that you are comfortable with the content of your e-mail being viewed by a non-clinical staff member as part of the allocation process.
Prescription requests or doctor appointments cannot be made via this e-mail address.
The Papanui Medical Centre endeavours to provide quality medical care. However, we realise that as a consumer there may be times when you are dissatisfied with the service received. If this occurs and you feel your grievance should be heard you may address your complaint (marked Private and Confidential) in writing or verbally to our Practice Manager, Janine Clarke on janinec@pmc.co.nz
Alternatively we have a patient feedback box in our waiting room.
A patient survey is also sent out by the NZ Patient Experience Team every three months. Patients who receive these surveys have attended the practice during the survey reference period.
