The Papanui Medical Centre endeavours to provide quality medical care. However, we realise that as a consumer there may be times when you are dissatisfied with the service received. If this occurs and you feel your grievance should be heard you may address your complaint (marked Private and Confidential) in writing or verbally to our Practice Manager, Janine Clarke on firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively we have a patient feedback box in our waiting room.
A patient survey is also sent out by the NZ Patient Experience Team every three months. Patients who receive these surveys have attended the practice during the survey reference period.
