Standard appointments are 15 minutes
It is usually only possible to deal with one problem in that time. If you think you will need longer, please book a longer appointment which may incur an extra fee. It is very helpful if you can tell us whether your appointment is for a particular need such as ACC, insurance medicals, contraception, etc so they can be fitted in appropriately. For long term medical problems and non- urgent appointments you may need to book several weeks ahead.
Patients booking PHONE CONSULTATIONS please note that the doctor will call you on the number you have on your file, therefore please ensure your numbers are current.
At times we may run late due to an emergency or a patient requiring a longer time, and we ask for your understanding.
Please, if you are running late, call us. It may be that if you are running late and the doctor is waiting for you that your appointment will need to be rescheduled. We try to run to time and if you are late then that affects all the other patients who have upcoming appointments in that clinic.
Fees apply for patients who do not attend appointments. Appointments must be cancelled more than two hours prior to the appointment to avoid this charge and this includes appointments that are cancelled due to a patient being late.
We encourage you to have your own doctor at the medical centre to get the best management of your health needs. or if attending for the same issue, see the same doctor. However, for urgent issues you can see one of the other doctors who will have access to your medical record.
ACC accident and emergency care
Assessment and treatment of minor and moderate injuries, including sprains, strains and lacerations.
Aclasta infusion
A medication administered via IV for the treatment of osteoporosis.
Asthma and COPD Care
Our team are here to help you with your Asthma and COPD flare ups and can write up plans (Acute Care Plans) that can be shared with other medical professionals (ambulance service and hospital) to enable you to access the care that you need faster.

Our nurses can provide medical certificates for minor illnesses via phone triage for up to 5 days. Please call the clinic.
Alternativley ask your doctor for one during your consultation.
ACC and WINZ certificates all need to be completed in a doctor consultation
