Information regarding 12 month prescriptions

Please find below the guidelines regarding 12 month prescriptions which comes into effect 1 February 2026.

Due to the complexity around the eligibility assessment and set up for 12 month prescriptions patients will need to discuss this at their next face to face medication review appointment with the doctor you are enrolled under

Our reception team will not be able to process these requests at the time of repeat prescription requests via portal, phone or web-form and have been directed to advise patients of the above.
