Dr Schroder graduated in 1995 from University of Otago and worked in NSW (Australia) as a house officer  and then completed GP training in NSW. Dr Schroder worked as a GP Locum in NZ and Australia from 2000-2003 as well as studying for MSc (Human Nutrition).

Settling in Christchurch in 2004 she worked in several practices around Christchurch after her practice closed following the earthquakes.

Dr Schoder has interests in Women’s and Children’s health, Nutrition, and a post graduate diploma in Travel Medicine and therefore is able to give advice on and administer vaccines such as rabies and yellow fever.

Dr Schroder’s family fills her time outside of work, with 2 sons who are very involved in music and sports.
